Mexico is doing GREAT, AT&T CEO in the news

Fourth-quarter wireless revenues from Mexico were $648 million, up nearly 1% from the year-earlier quarter. AT&T reported a fourth-quarter operating loss in Mexico of $317 million vs. a loss of $258 million a year earlier amid higher investments.

A loss is a loss - this is NOT what AT&T wanted. Higher loss than the previous year - not good news for stockholders.
