Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Anyone else get an invite for an all associate meeting next week with MF or is this just a special invite for the next wave of layoffs?

This calendar invite had no information other than where to log in, unlike today's meeting invite which described the meeting. It must have come when I was off last week and I didn't notice until today when someone else mentioned it. Sadly, we are all worried about every meeting and the possibility of losing our jobs. For those who were recently impacted, what kind of meeting invite did you receive? Did it say it was from MF? Was it a call in meeting or just log in like today's meeting?

The video link had no sound but I managed to find a way to listen to it. It was a monotone zombified replication of nothingness. I think I will put it up on Halloween over some speakers and scare the children with it.

The meeting invite will be sent at 2:30 am the day before with a red exclamation point. No worries. Ha!

If it was a lay off you'd get it the day before and it wouldn't be from MF. He doesn't have the anatomy. It will be confidential to you and it s---s.

It's his quarterly town hall, his assistant sends it out, it's usually the week after ERs

To follow up on what I just posted, mine didn't come from MF. So when the news article said MF informed us... I felt lied to. My invite came from someone else... and the person on the line was not the person who sent the invite

As someone impacted, if it's coming your way you will receive a random invite from hah execs that says " confidential" and it's only sent to you the individual. I wouldn't freak about the all associate but would encourage those left to ask questions since they still fail to inform us why we were laid off.

I got the meeting invite...I wish they would lay me off. I don't know how much more of this I can handle. Humana cares nothing about the employees, I am actually supposed to let my manager know every time I get up to pee. It's gotten awful and gets worse everyday.

When we were laid off we got a "confidential" meeting invite. It didn't say who else was invited. When you get it you will know.

Until then they will continue to lie to you and convince you that everything is going along great and they don't have any control over business decisions.

I am so glad I was laid off. Best thing that ever happened to me. The future is mine again

That is my thought about the advanced notice. Why would they give us over a week's notice but also thinking they might have learned from the last layoffs and are doing things differently. We just had a meeting with ER, why a meeting with MF now? We have been told to brace for big process changes. Maybe that's what the next meeting is about. I hate that we are all paranoid including our leaders. Not the way to live when we are always waiting for the ax to fall.

I got an invite, don't remember exactly what was in it, but it is a Mike Frank meeting. If it is layoffs, I feel like we wouldn't get anywhere near that much advanced notice. But god forbid we have any knowledge of what is going with our livelihood. Do you notice that they treat both associates and members like the lowest common denominator? They make huge assumptions about how stupid and gullible we are and expect us to buy into their propaganda machine.
