Canadians have to come reduce the USA all the time, you are lazy and have no idea what is going on. I have been sent to the USA 15 times over 20 years to help get districts straight. I got paid way more than American Counterparts just due to work ethic alone.

What about the H1B Canadians. We're not slave labour.

The US has been too lenient for too long. Time for you to find a job in your home country. No hard feelings.
It isn't just WFT. All the other big service companies do this. H1B employees are kind of stuck and will do whatever the company wants them to do. If they say no, not only do they lose their job, they are also required to leave the country very quickly. It is very much like indentured servitude.
Send them all back they took over operations and are working on engineering and other management positions now.

Weatherford seems to love H1-B's. They basically trap engineers at low wages. Why pay competitive wages for US citizens when you can bring in your indentured servants? Most of the H1-B's in my office are average at their jobs. A few are stars. Most are not. The company pretty much committed fraud on a few of their applications....
Butt hurt much, maybe if you were more educated and capable WFT wouldn't bring people over on H1B visas to be your BOSS.
