For those of you who are lucky enough to get it I've been hearing that it will go away very soon. Apparently Enbridge management does not like that Spectra employees are getting the $$. Another thing taken away.....

It's a form of overtime that's for legacy grade 9 and up from Spectra Energy. My experience was that it was only approved for project or initiative based work.
The reality is that sometimes that system is abused, it was really designed to support field level company staff in manager roles (construction superintendents...etc.) but now every single office body that's in arm length to a project is on it.
What is project allowance?
