Why cant they get kronos fixed? I think they are taunting us with this b---s--- program. It has not been right with PTO balances since day one.
The icing on the cake came early last week when, for an instant, I thought it was fixed when I saw the email come through from communications. I was so happy and overjoyed that I signed in instantly to make sure I wasnt just dreaming. Well folks as usual the sh-- is still wrong. My balance is -5.26 hrs. Based on my length of service it should be a hell of a lot higher than that.
My reccommendation for upper management is that you check your work before you push out emails that just expose lies and disappointment.
