Guys in US, What is happening in your case? I have got MA rating and worried too.
This is very bad. They are firing H1B's like this. Upon request, will they give 3 or 4 days to put down the paper ?
the process is straight and simple u will be allowed to age for 45-60 days and them summoned and questioned what are u doing and why u are not trying to get into any project(usual b---s---)
and then told ur skills are outdated and asked to resign voluntarily to avoid being labelled as non performer on firing letter. once u resign and give notice u will be relieved immediately adjusting any dues against notice period.
Even if you find project u will not allowed to join.
all guys doing pm roles, reporting, coordination ,testing, release mgmt , PMO, Business analyst without any specialized product knowledge are most likely to be fired first as easily hireable skills.
I am in US and also in same boat...not sure what's the next. Please post here if anybody has any news.
I have been given MS rating as well. Im at US. My project got over and they are not letting me find my next project. No communication from HR or Staffing team. Hearing different stories from different people. Not sure what is next for me
any of your known people given any firing letters? What is the process? Employee is resinging or they are firing/Terminating? Will they give any Extra Amount before asking employees to resign? Or just 2 months notice period time
