Last minute mandatory call about FLSA. Are we losing our salary?

how many people did this effect? Anyone at home office?
Hourly associates are not guaranteed 40 hours a week. Expect hours to be cut during slower times.
Did i miss the call? i have it listed as this afternoon. Or, is someone on this thread that has the actual info?
Wow. The constant disrespect of what we do in the stores for this company is unbelievable. I will NOT put in the extra hours since I am now hourly. I will also make sure I take all lunches and breaks.
Do I still get my 40 hours a week? I can't survive on less barely making ends meet now.
Yes, ops managers are now hourly.
Does this include Ops Managers as well?
Everyone below a sm1 is now becoming an hourly associate. All course materials managers and ASMs are becoming hourly.
Will there be any layoffs as part of this, like ASM's or CM's at stores below a certain volume?
Anyone know any more details about the lawsuit...name or what positions the people held?
So does this mean all ASMs and CMs are now hourly?
SMs unaffected... for now. Anything that was salaried before below that position (including MITs) will be hourly.
I'm just tired of worrying about it. Busting butt because stores are bare bones staff wise and now a MANDATORY call. Whatever. My résumé is up-to-date.
I heard that MITs are no longer salaried as of April 30th. Wondering if this will also apply to SMs and others.
Either going to pay cuts, layoffs, or restructure. This is the only time they send out "MANDATORY- SMs ONLY" calls. Every time it seems like you or your team are making some strides something comes up like this to knock the wind out of everyone. What a shame. Guess we'll know more tomorrow.
Making SM's hourly? Like was suppose to happen a few months back?
Haven't seen one here yet. Details anyone?
Who said FLSA? Ours just says "Mandatory Call" SMs only, do not forward.
