I work at a Best Buy and i don't see the point. They dont do anything but tell me the latest promotions and merchandise. I miss the old rep because he would make processing thing easier and fix any hiccups.

TROC was an out for AT&T to get out of national retail. Pay someone else less and dont worry about benefits, triple the workload and screw those customers and reps that are in national retailers.
They are just merchandising reps and DTV advocates
