The Merger of CSC and HPE is the merger of one failing company with another to create a combined failing company. Until they sort out the crap Manager situation, this company is DOOMED! When I was at CSC, they seemed to get rid of all the good talented people who actually did the work, and kept the idiot managers who basically sat at their desks all day, falling asleep and drooling like Homer! Sad times indeed! Same old, same old at DXC....
PS I witnessed this about the drooling!
Thats true about CSC...b---s--- management and managers.....Please remove all the managers without having second thought, then think of other employees. They have ruin the career of many good and hardworking employees. Even HR department are worst and they do not conduct Exit interview if manager says. Think if you want to save the company and bring good people, specially Associate Managers, Directors in Hyderabad. They play politics with outside Hyderabad candidate and do not give hikes.....
