@lol not sure how a store can even function with 2 managers no vacations and no one to cover if something happens. May as well pull out vacation time as managers too Bc there will never be a chance to use it.

I'm curious if they will actually lay off an SM or just not replace them if they leave

Perm SMs are being consolidated. 3 for A stores, 2 for B stores, not sure how they plan on dealing with overflow however.
Acting positions will be completely eliminated.
