So I've heard about the cuts in SM but his will this happen? One per store based on what? Eliminating the floating GM position seems like a good cut because they do sh--. I haven't seen my DM in my store in weeks. I hope they listen to staff based on what SM they cut. Some bring no value to the company while others are the only thing keeping reps there. Either way time to look for a new job, the days of good commission are over
