If I was a difficult employee I would get unemployment. I would be out of this mess. I could at least have taken a stand for what I thought was a basic decent way to treat employees. HAH has it all twisted. Note that none of these posts have come from corporate. No one else has to make a stand for me, can't expect any of my coworker or my boss to do it. I am ready to make my stand.

Keep trying we want to hear what you have to say.
I too have come to this site for moral support. I've tried to post several times now and it's not working. Wonder why? Sigh.
I come to this site every couple days just to check my sanity and know that there are others out there who are feeling the same as I do. Unfortunately I need to work for a few more years. I am an HCM RN. Had a meeting this week and almost had to laugh at the back peddling of coaches and COMS. Finally the high turnover is forcing them to admit that something might be wrong My coach has treated me like a child. Happy faces for good matrix...green colors for good #'s and red for bad. My child was treated like this when she was in kindergarten. When tried to tell them the long hours we were working and the gaps that were not being met for members...was told that I was not working efficiently and made to feel that I was a failure at my job. Meanwhile they take work time off for their doctor's appointments and their kids school activities and we have to take PTO for 8 hrs for doctor's appointment. This is on you coaches and COMS for not representing your Humana associates and Humana members.
lol ..the stand in the unemployment line?
How's your stand going?
Some of you are so melodramatic. I knew Hamada was full of crap two weeks after I walked in to the door. Most companies are.
I always laugh (not wanting to cry) when I receive a stupid certificate saying I am a good employee..... really???? Can they give us some good incentives? Gift certs? Something we can actually use? Those certificates go to the trash!
It's hard, they've beaten us down for awhile now. I always knew my true worth but the way they treat us messes with self confidence no matter how high it is. I'll be out of here soon, already gave notice and the weight of this HCMRN job is lifting off my shoulders! We call too many members with multiple medical, financial, psychosocial, and psychological problems and the micromanaging of every word we say is just too much! We aren't stupid and being given a gold star like we are in grade school ain't cutting it. They have no respect for us at all.
Good point, move on, the best revenge is living well. Far far away from Humana.
Agreed, but unfortunately there is little that will change. I would respectfully voice your concerns and save your big stand until you have a second job lined up for back up because chances are they won't care.
What are you going to do to stand up for yourself?
We certainly have to do something for the sake of our health, family, future and sanity!
