If they would just tell us what they expect, leave us alone and let us work when/how ever we choose we would get the job done. We are professionals, not grade schoolers that need to be micromanaged so much. Give us a break and they will see a lot more productivity.

I agree they should have sent this in an email. We are already pressed to make unreachable metrics. It's like they have these meetings to screw us up more. Don't know why they can't help to pioneer simplicity

Mandatory bathroom breaks? I heard the opposite. I heard they were all sending us ergonomic 3 in one commodes HAH certified for us to use so we don't have to take anymore breaks. They will know when we pee because they are recording us

Can't start before 9?!? Is this a big jump from what you work now? If I start at 9am I will be working until 7pm+ every night. What about the members who like earlier calls or live in another time zone??
