100% agree with you @pgg--- I deal with their nonsense constantly as I have a lot of dealers near my COR location. They send customers to COR to do everything they don't wanna do, they lie, and these are the people who are going to be taking our jobs when they start closing COR down to convert to dealers. Care is no better- last 8 months I've noticed they send everyone to us too, for things we can't even access-- it's a joke!

In my area, non COR locations are horrible for the customer. They lie to customers and don't know what they're doing. A lot of them commit what would be commission fraud in COR. Changing primary number on rate plans, telling a customer they can't return something within the bre period. Actively activating fraud. I havent had anyone in over 8 years tell me they had a good experience at a dealer. Heck, BestBuy employees have gotten a lot better than the dealers.
