This has to be accepted by the employees and from what I understand, the employees do not like the terms of the tentative agreement and are going to vote no.

Not going to get into politics, but I have seen nothing to suggest that Trump is concerned about the details of our contact.
Most likely, these are call center positions that, after reading what the union says is a good contract, may turn out to be "leveraged reps". They make less money and must work and sell harder to make up the pay difference from the "regular reps".
