OK a Petition has been submitted to investigate if American Jobs went to or simply stayed in India. They wanted to know if anyone had trained or mentored anyone from India. I for one did have Indian people that were from Pune that everyone on our team was tasked with helping mentor. So I am sure this perhaps occurred on other teams. Call your state employment department and ask for the number of the person who deals with Trade Act and losing jobs overseas...
