Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Petition to US Department of Labor Submitted to determine if Indian Jobs were spared whilst American Jobs were cut at Fiserv.

OK a Petition has been submitted to investigate if American Jobs went to or simply stayed in India. They wanted to know if anyone had trained or mentored anyone from India. I for one did have Indian people that were from Pune that everyone on our team was tasked with helping mentor. So I am sure this perhaps occurred on other teams. We just need to get all this sort of stuff reported to the Department of Labor at this website: https://www.doleta.gov/tradeact/taa/taa_search_form.cfm

Call your state employment department and ask for the number of the person who deals with Trade Act and losing jobs overseas...

There should be a law that regulates how many off shore workers you can have based on the revenue. For example, if your customer base has no off shore revenue, you should not be allowed to off shore workers over x %. Such a law would prohibit a company from selling it's products and services to US clients while sending jobs overseas.
