What most are failing to mention is that any lay offs were told months ago that their departments were being outsourced. Just today two areas who had been told prior where given May 1st as the final date that the full outsourcing would take place. No one also seems to realize that this is also the time of the year that the limited term employees brought in for open enroll,ent scatter to find positions or have their last days. There are so many useless teams and departments this was bound to happen. Just like the mass yanking of printers on each floor, because they were being used more for personal printing then for work.
