I learned a few years ago - the only way to keep your job was to kiss up to your boss...doesn't matter if your sales were in the top 10%, they only wanted to keep the "favorites"...so if you want to be retained, you now know what to do.

Jobs we once fought to keep are no longer worth fighting for. Why should we put up with the stress and aggravation in a call center when we can work retail for the same money and benefits? The turnover hurts the company and the image of the company.
Reign in the silo senior management mentality, these people could not find a job in another company, Coming from Directv to AT&T I expected AT&T to be a more aligned company given its history and size and instead found it to be chaotic,and toxic to the soul
