Humana executives dumping 66 million in Humana stocks.....all at once. Brew Bru Tard and Him Mur Ray , senior vice president and chief operating officer who will retire next month, cashed out the largest bundle, 118,971 shares, for a total of $24.4 million. The second richest sale was executed by Brew Bru Tard who dumped 104,256 shares, for $21.4 million. I SMELL HAM😂

They legally could not dump stock while in process of a merger. And one is retiring so he was going to dump as soon as possible. That is normal. The amount dumped is not enough to effect our stocks at all or the market. You guys never got your panties in a twist when others have bought and sold. Why? Because you had no idea it was happening and clearly don't stay in the know unless it is on mass media. Sad really. Do you even own any stocks outside of your company driven 401k? No, I didn't think so. I do and it has been consistently down until Trump was nominated and took Presidency. It has now come back to my purchase price AND been up about $600. All during this merger mess and bad publicity and even made money with the retiring shares sold. Funny how that works.
There is a total of over 78 million dumped by top 4 Humana execs last Tuesday. Google it. What is 600 (laid off employees) divided by 78 million? Do the math. Now calculate the "free" overtime hours (documented or unallowed to be documented) of the remaining employees. How much is that? You are probably too tired and need further training to compute that. JUST rest assured, as BB said in his last town hall......we are stronger than ever. So strong that he dumped his stock.
I read CEOs couldn't sell stock while the merger was pending. Soooo
