Two managers have already left for Houston several others are looking for houses in Houston. When will the rest of us get some kind of information? We would like to have a little bit of time to prepare for whatever's coming in the future! We hear it's at least a year away but still it would be nice if we knew something! We understand that we will probably do most of the paperwork on these asset sales but that doesn't mean they still can't tell us!

They already told you when they are closing Bartlesville, first or second quarter next year! Here is what you need to work on in the interim. Most likely only a small percent of Bartlesville workforce will be offered transfers. Will you take a Houston position if no moving assistance is offered? Will you seek and find a position with a different company elsewhere? If you own a house what will you do with it?
They aren't going to make a big announcement to warn you. Read the writing on the walls and make a proactive decision.
