RG has no respect for employees and treats them as disposable. He could care less that you don't think Follett needs another VP. He will pay for this VP with your salary and give other employees. There is no future.

Discuss the meaning of integrity with the current and former employees of KRAFT/HEINZ companies that 3G Capital and WB acquired several years ago. RG learned from the best.
Here is a quote from Warren Buffet from his HBO movie. - On integrity, he says, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation, and it takes five minutes to lose it.”
RG you lost your integrity when you laid me off Dec 1st after cutting the entire companies 401k match indicating it was done to eliminate future layoffs. If you can trust your leaders, they should step down or be removed.
As is typical, RG added five staff employees to the layoff list to pay for this VP's salary. JH is part of the new overhead at the senior level leadership. Funny I don't see any ideas or strategy coming out of these senior leadership as the ship is sinking.
