Never mind about training that's another waste of time whom wants to go 3 weeks to America and not getting any day rate for this see penny pinching out fit your on about pay rises that's behind the times 5 years still waiting surely my boss has had my pay rise for the missing years.
where else can you get another layer of kiss asses from if you dont train them yourself ? do you think incompetence at this level is natural ? no these are specially trained the haliburton way and i have a checklist to prove it. remeber together we are stronger ! unless its to do with pay rises then its everyman for himself.
