Are there more layoffs in the horizon? Any ideas of what departments may get hit? Wholesale or "B2B" seems to be struggling

Two FSS HR gone in the last 2 days. One about to hit the 24 year mark and the other part of the revolving door at former FES. The ACs pull their weight helping with the sales process and consultant teams have seen prior layoff rounds. Bunch of groups moving to the corporate building. What happens to the rest? Cuts happening more steadily this time. It's like they think if it is one here and one there, no one will notice.
LOL, as we have seen over and over, consultants are never on the chopping block-only employees.
I heard that the Academic Consultant team is on the chopping block. What do they actually do? They are not needed.
2nd Friday in March
If you are hearing rumours, please post so we at least have an idea.
... or do they?
No one knows the exact date. Its just that people know that they are coming.
Anyone know what day for the layoffs? 🕐
Oh please let me pick who goes! Pretty, pretty please??
I hear around the ivory tower that at least one GVP and a realignment of stores to get rid of a few RM positions. You know, give your RM more stores so you see them less.
No names, please. Admins will nuke the whole thread.
People are quitting finance and accounting by themselves.. no need for layoffs
Does anyone know how many this time? Are the warehouses getting hit??
Running a business on pure bottom line is death for the organization. Bottom line clouds good judgement and common sense. If you run a business with the best interest of the business...the bottom line will follow. Short term thinking gets you no where.
RG is running the numbers from January rush to determine when/who/how many. He will make bonus this year on the backs of employees if necessary.
Great idea & the winner can put the winnings in their 401 to make up what's been taken away!!😝😝
We should sell squares!
March madness for Follett!!

Supposedly IT, HR (?) and finance will be hot in Feb or March
