Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I guess TW shareholders have a better sense of direction, unlike the dumb DTV & AT&T's combined

Time Warner Shareholder Sues to Stop AT&T Merger

The lawsuit contends that failure to provide financials under generally accepted accounting principles is unacceptable.

On Thursday, a Time Warner shareholder filed a putative class action lawsuit against the company and its top executives alleging that disclosed financials potentially mislead stockholders voting on the $108 billion AT&T merger. With a February 15 vote looming, Richard Collura is looking to get a New York federal judge to stop consummation of the merger until defendants disclose material information.

New mandates about diversity while having to lower staff...the behavior from stack rank is not gone it has gotten worse. Lies to kill off those that threaten, disrupt, or challenge the status quo, . Those attached to good ideas, out of the box thinking mentality ignore them until they are overburdened and die, or better the move to a real comany

It is good thing for the TW shareholders, but even better for their employees, they have no idea of the Meanness One nasty manager , of the many that we have - can bring down a whole group. Our group had devote more energy in dealing with this bad mappleger, and less energy to the task at hand. Moreover, noticed that anger and hostility are contagious, so the whole group became infected.

This not only damages people; it also increases costs and undermines performance by driving out good employees at alarming rates, 4 outstanding employees left or unit and transferred and 3 left the company all-together, that is how they responded to the demeaning and disrespectful Area Manager, many of us are calling in sick more often, making fewer suggestions, working less hard and doing lower-quality work, welcome to AT&T 's CESSPOOL

Especially the ones that cashed out prior to the deal. It was trading at $93 a share right around the time the deal closed. Crazy!

Hate to break it to you, but the DIRECTV shareholders made out like bandits when AT&T bought the company. Do a little research, it might save you a dumb post.

LOL, I saw that, he also compared himself to Donald Trums as a disruptor, I'm the first to say that the word "disruption" gets thrown around too much these days specially by this con artist, , and I wouldn't say what's currently happening in this company qualifies as disruption. It's not as if we are pioneering some new technology that threatens incumbents; they're just competing incredibly aggressively, and mostly on price, and they had AT&T by theballs, .....Wake Up Master Disruptors!!!!!!!!!!
