Finally just started filling orders for our students, was taking way too much time away from customers & the needs of the store especially during rush.

This isn't just soda, it's the genius who decided the stores should be warehouses, since we could not ship books back to the warehouse so unable to get books from the warehouse, we have become the warehouse during rush when we are suppose to focus on our customers but spending time time getting OMS out. Just wonderful. Ray should come out & help
SODA was here before SS arrived. He cannot be held responsible for that part. He can be held responsible for replacing the IT leaders who were store advocates that were trying to improve it.
SODA is another project delivered by SS that never met is financial expectations.
I left Follett 6 years ago - best decision ever - and was complaining in 2010 about the same sh-- with SODA orders and OMS - cannot believe that is still happening!
Within the first three days of our classes starting, I had 40+ ISTs and 70+ OMS orders. We have a small store/staff and this was misery! What happened to the blackout period?
Not OMS, but follett supply orders.
Received on first day of rush, need to fill the empty shelves but no time for replenishment today. Cant sell what we don't have and can't fill shelves on the busiest business day. Who is the one. behind that great plan?? Should have received the order several weeks ago.
We just got released from blackout on Monday. What a disaster with the soda orders. It was like a dam broke!
The week of rush it was interstore transfers! Why are transfers not on blackout too? So glad I had to spend my entire day in the backroom picking and shipping transfers during my busiest week of the semester to ensure I don't end up on my ACMS naughty list.
