The way they get around Trump's thing is that they move the programs or projects over to Bangalore, Costa Rica or wherever. That way, they can just rely on those teams to do that.

Trump's only begun partner. He has created more positive economic activity in 3 days than Obozo created in 8 loooooooooong painful years.

Upper management at HPE is primarily concerned with pleasing Wall Street, and fattening their pockets in the process. Experienced American workers are a necessary evil in their eyes, and they will continue to do everything they can to outsource, consolidate, and contract out. A continued reduction in benefits, retirement contribution, and the elimination of raises and bonuses will in part cause experienced workers still working to HPE to seek other opportunities, which is what upper management wants anyways.

Pretty much the dumbest board and management in the whole industry. Meg was on the board when they hired that Boce Apotheteker and pretty much did the same thing that idiot proposed by splitting the company. These morons have pretty much destroyed HP. Good thing they fired Mark Hurd, LOL!!!
This was an indirect result of people RESIGNING (not retiring... although the people who resigned were connected to the VP that retired.) They are reshuffling instead of filling vacancies and having people report to managers in India.
