I read lots on here about people discussing Oracle Confidential information. This information is company proprietary so we shouldn't be discussing it in case Oracle Corporate finds out and you get in trouble. Things like RIFs in groups shouldn't be discussed either as that's against our terms of employment. When somebody gets a severance package then that is a NDA so shouldn't commented on. I work in sustaining.

What are you doing here?
HR troll, not worth the time
You talking about Confidential Information is Confidential Information. First rule about fight club is you don't talk about fight club. You don't even acknowledge it and you just broke rule #1 by talking about Confidential Information.

I'd say who gives a fuxk.
Oh sorry, it's just that I don't give a sh-- anymore.
If oracle had transparent policies about where they go with their products and about the layoffs, nothing would be written, here.
Everybody at oracle sees what is happening as every week, people are asked to leave the company.
it happens every day that people we used to work with are not working at oracle anymore because they were riff'ed.
Except the blind people and the HR monkeys , everybody at oracle is aware of the situation.
BTW all the oracle cloud/smoke stuff is paid by on premise licenses and support contracts.
fair enough for on premise customers ?
Comment! It's anonymous
What is there gonna be left for you to believe in when they discard you ?
Such a wonderfully naive perspective, now welcome to reality sweetheart
Are you aware of Facebook discussions on Oracle?
