It's very sad but I have to say, good people left, "not-that-good" people remained, ArcSight is sinking faster than expected.

Based on the higher manager, there won't be any more rounds, but based on the past, managers are always lying here. So expect to see some small amount of head cut in May-July 2017 from Support/IT/QA, since people are running faster than they cut.
for a long time, arcsight has been playing catch up. eventually people realize that and jump ship. about a dozen people have left arcsight in the last year. they make outlandish claims on how they are crushing the competition but leave out technical details for a smoke and mirrors effect. lots of people eat it up like free popcorn but the smart ones leave.
with the rate people leaving hpe-arcisght do they need to do one that is the question?
