It's the best blessing that could have happened to me. 8 mo later my biggest issue is my very big tax bill ( on top of making almost 50% more).
For those impacted if you look at this in the right way you may not even recognize your life in 6-8 months.
I was embarrassed when I was surplused. I had kpi awards, never below an exceeds and people were like wtf. I made an enemy w/ a director but it all worked out. Just be prepared if you've made identifying nps comments, been passionate about your work and direct in leadership feedback.
