Well done to you hope you got a final salary pension from the greed company for me offshore both xmas new year no extra payments as normal 3 weeks offshore north sea great wage 5000 dollars take home behind the times this fingers crossed a better year in the offshore side if so plenty shall be departing halliburton as pay scale well out of touch all we get is do I learns and all the other bull for what no rises in 4 years reader the industry was good then but still nothing from these bosses full of sh--e so they say in aberdeen scotland

They let you retire? How did they get any 'satisfaction' out of NOT humiliating you, or did the exit procedure still require you to strip down and bend over so management could make sure you weren't stealing any company property.

Did they require that ALL your competencies and ILearns be up to date, and all your paperwork be completed, and most of all, did they still perp walk you out the front gate?

After 40 years of offshore and land cementing

I was walked out the gate. My heart goes out to the field personal, and the employees that help with field operations. Not mid management.

I'm enjoying life. Much less stressful . Mr. Halliburton would be ashamed at the way management treats the people who generates tickets.
