A lot of people have their heads in the sand hoping to avoid the news. We heard plans are to outsource much support and we asked if our call center which supports CO's and other stuff was included.

No response. Also the outside support group which was reorganized was also on the block

Not sure which group but it is supposedly all management

no one is safe in the Midwest. ATT has moved to drop FCC status and state status has dominate wireline provider which will allow them to sell the wireline as they did in CT and are also moving to do in the SE states. Verizon also did it in Florida, Texas and California. So do you think anyone is safe?
