On level of maturity - we are the ones hoping ( praying - But the company doesn't allow us to say thoughts and prayers only thoughts ) that we get laid-off - once the severance check clears the bank then we can tell you all the really good stories. I don't think humor is allowed at Spectra and probably will not be tolerated in the new Embridge. ---- My thoughts are with you
Yes, we are a self insured company. Transparency has been less than desired, but I've been happy with local management and work flexibility. I guess it depends on what level of management your talking about as well as what department you work in
Real answer: we're self insured. Benefits are very good as compared to other friends both in this and other industries. If you smoke, you pay a lot more. But they'll give you money to quit.
Won't take the time to list them all out, but the benefits are the best part about working at enbridge. Management, pay, transparency, flexibility, all s--- a big nut. But benefits are very good.
