Even though the've been planning it for months.
Nice. So they are going to announce the 4th quarter results early as an explanation as to why they do what they do tomorrow.
Unbelievable.

I posted the 1st response on here & FYI I did google before asking. I used terms such as "Sears earning release Q4 2016 " and nothing popped up. Looking now if I go to one of the finance sites, there are links to some forecasting articles but I was looking for something a little more obvious. I guess I'm spoiled with how we can access things on the internet.
I receive communications from a few companies that I shop at such as Dollar Tree (LOL) & they send something after it happens.
Are there going to be any layoffs at the store level or is it just corporate?
Earning release: Feb 23, 2017 Q4 2016 Sears Holdings Corp Earnings Release (Estimated) - 9:30AM EST.
Google it like the comments below said to do.
the report automatically appears at around 7 am eastern time on their website, and it is quickly picked up by the news services. The report also appears simultaneously on the SEC site.
Learn to Google. It's everywhere.
Historically for the last 10 years Sears has reported Q4 results anywhere from the 12th to the 20th of March I see no reason why they would NEED TO OR even WANT to report any earlier this year
I see no evidence that Sears plans on releasing earnings tomorrow. Normally they post a heads up on their corporate website, and no news agency has reported that earnings will be done tomorrow.
Are they going to be laying off people in the store, if so is it the full-timers or part timers?
How does that work exactly? A prerecorded call to investors @ 8 AM? Just curious because I don't usually care about up to the minute earnings releases.
