They don’t pay your PTO time I resigned from micro management and bit of racism. Good luck to Humana not a healthy place to work for at all.
Use your vto and pto if under a year. Otherwise no one will pay!
Yes if you have worked for Humana for a year or more
What was the point of that last comment? You must be a very unhappy person.
If you have to come to a external website to ask about your own benefits, you may seriously be stupid. Humana has very easy to read policies in place and posted online internally to answer this SIMPLE benefit question. There is even a social media Buzz page to ask if you are too lazy to look up the policy. I really do question have half of these posts by "employees" even got hired to begin with. But go on with your conspiracy of how miserably you are treated while most are trying hard to scam the system than actually work.
You can only be paid PTO if you have been employed for at least one year. I just checked on this same thing today. I put in my notice due to unbearable and impossible work expectations. Also for being an hourly employee yet consistently working extra hours for free just to barely and a lot of times not even meet the metrics. I couldn't even wait to see if I would get fired in order to collect unemployment, I had to go. Did it for my health and family, which are priority for me. Work life balance and "wellness breaks." Yea right! A complete joke. Shame on Humana
Does PTO get paid out in addition to severance?
Only up to the amount you can earn in a year. So, for example, if you earn 23 days in a year but have 25 accrued, you would only receive the 23.
Yes you would get your vacation paid to you in your final check
