The Bartlesville campus is isolated and obsolete! Most of the employees there would rather be in Houston. Should we make everybody wait until we move to EC4 or should we go ahead and start shutting down Bartlesville? The sooner we start shutting Bartlesville down the better it is for the employees so we know what need to prepare for in near future!

Getting stuck in a dying isolated campus (Bartlesville) and working for managers that knows they won't be transferred is awful! We know many managers are angry and vindictive and want to see as few as possible make the transition! We can't quit because houses aren't selling here now. We are stuck between a rock and a hard spot!
