3 entire PHC teams recently lost their entire roster and are now being trained on autodialer. They have now been demoted to an RS role and will be enrolling Mbr's as if we are RS's. PHC's will be responsible for maintaining RS metrics for enrollment. PHC's have been told that we will receive rosters in the future when enrollment reaches expectations. Simply put they are creating a pressure cooker environment to make employees quit or find new employment to avoid severance payouts. Smart business move by the higher ups and their lawyers, but it s---s for employees. Ahhhh corporate America. Gotta love it!
