Our competitors are running circles around us while we over design everything and pretend we're better than everyone. EF is by far the worst but constantly rewarded as though they're the best. And what's up with the central L48 groups (finance, engineering, etc.); what exactly do they do to add value? Seems each BU within the L48 BU could report directly to the ELT as they all operate independently anyway. Why is no one up high asking these questions and holding managers accountable to address them?!? Am I missing something?!?

EF is not the worst. Maybe they could spend more time maintaining their story if they spent less time working on jigsaw puzzles in the break room. Jigsaw puzzles? Seriously? Who in the f#@k has time to work jigsaw puzzles at work??? Apparently EF employees do. I know, I know... diversity and inclusion. I accept the EF employees for who they are. ConocoPhillips: "It's not just what we do, it's how we do it".
If you have to ask you are part of the problem. EF is all about maintaining a story and those that are willing to speak the truth and make things better were all canned.
May I ask how is EF the worst?
You just ruined my day. Got to go to a meeting now.

what does 22+ make
Many have been wondering the same. Still way too many SGL 22+ in this shrinking company.
Time to bust up the "too big to fail" business unit.
Maybe you should "Ask Don"...
