There are no absolute reasons to continue to support Bartlesville. Stock holders will raise question why we continue to waste money supporting Bartlesville? These corporate accounting functions should be done as near to corporate headquarters as possible.

Getting stuck in a dying isolated campus (Bartlesville) and working for a manager that knows they won't be transferred is awful! We know the manager is angry and vindictive and wants to see as few as possible make the transition! We can't quit because houses aren't selling here now. We are stuck between a rock and a hard spot!

outsourcing saves tonnes of money!! There is a reason why all the jobs have moved to third world countries!
It's like a hidden gem for oil and gas companies to start saving some money. They just haven't explored this option yet. most other industries have already made the switch

Bartlesville MGR's and DIR's need to be evaluated after this VCIP. There are way to many Supervisors as well. Very top Heavy with MGR's and DIR's and Supervisors...
If they want to get the money they should start looking at the 15, 16 and 17's...

I own over 17000 shares of COP. I want more work shifted to Bartlesville to save money and improve results over the Houston offices.
Outsourcing doesn't reduce costs by much. It just gets moved to additional management of the outsourced work and increased rework due to errors (these stem from time zone differences, language and cultural barriers).
Why - stockholders want to know why any support function cannot be outsourced to save $$ increase shareholder value?
If support function moved to india look at all the money that would be saved!!
