Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Did RG just announce his eventual replacement???

With today's posting of George Coe being promoted to COO seems to me that He is setting up his eventual exit. I love the way he praised Coe's leadership and business results because they were so good a failing organization like Follett swooped in and bought them for cheap.

But to be honest maybe Coe will be good for the company only time will tell.

Get those resumes ready folks. Follett is running its typical cycle right before the next round of layoffs! Same crap as last year. Hire a new VP or Executive, Layoff a bunch of people, Hire a new VP, Sell a bunch of lies that there will be no more layoffs, Cut more benefits, Rinse and repeat.

This is all part of the psychological game the family has been playing for years. They bring in someone that makes huge cuts and causes huge employee morale issues. They then let the person go to ease the tension and lift spirits.

He did. The only questions is when. All the short term cuts to make the bonus numbers now makes complete sense.
