I am used to rounding the unworthy up to a 1 or a 2 because your so and sos neighbor or kid etc...thats typical around here but this year they seemed to have rounded everyone in the SJBU down and even pissed on the good ones ...interesting!

Performance ratings have always been a joke.
Not just SJBU, lots of previously highly graded staff suddenly dumped, betrayal of loyalty and faith by CoP
It was done throughout the company. They need to pay out the dividend somehow, and the bonus money was part of the solution. They also didn't give out as many 2's as they could have to save money. All the while RL will make $21 million for losing ~$3.5 billion? Accountability? COP it's not what we do it is how we do it!
Bogus is right. This practice was used in prior layoffs. Sorry folks. You have just been identified and notified and documented.
