COP is a great company with a great future! Adjusting to a new business model that enables the company to adapt to new prices, supply, and technology is painful but necessary to succeed! Like the many many jobs eliminated by technology in the recent past the company must adapt to abundant short term supply and pull back from risky, expensive, long term supplies. Our company is only making the necessary adjustments to be an independent in a new environment. Technology is changing and eliminating jobs within.

Premier acquired the Bartlesville sub-surface R&D assets, including employees. This is the model for the North American 2017 asset sales. No place to hide employees, including supervisors, managers, executives. This is not limited to Bartlesville. This will touch all levels, all disciplines, all locations. May lead to sale of entire Company at a later date.
