As most of us know, comp will change on April 1st. My guess is that they will slowly chip away at our At-Risk or increase goal amount to pay us less on per opp, ins, wired, accessories, WTR. Does anyone out there have any insight as to what we (if we don't get a surplus) may be facing? The comp just changed for those ASMs still working. Rumor has it, they got about $10k cut from commission, but their hourly increased by $5.25. Of course, our wages (as far as I know) have been determined by the Union agreement set in 2014. Meaning no increase there. But comp is (according to the T) basically lagniappe and not guaranteed to us. Making me feel it can be cut "at this time."

This should not just be for layoffs. It should be a tool to educate all of us reps, install techs, etc... I use the information to better assist my decision making as well as help others make informed decisions that are best for them. So, please, spare me and everyone else the keyboard warrior bull sh@t. K? Thx
This is a layoff board, not a place for you to inquire about comp changes. GET A CLUE
Likely, they will move us to a bonus structure
I sure did. If I'm not mistaken, they also spearheaded 5G LTE
Something is definitely going to happen, but it's being kept under lock and key until it does happen. Did you see this?
