Which programs were msws laid off from? Were they in the Hcm-ss role? Were they laid off, or transitioned?

Yes. MSWs have received their layoff notices. I have firsthand knowledge of this.

There are bachelor level social workers, masters level social workers and licensed clinical social workers all working for Humana, i think hah programs all now require at least a masters in social work

Some states are "restricted ", or needing a license, not sure if that's CMS....over a year ago, Humana tranistioned many Hcm ss to phc's positions due to not having social work degrees...while they had other degrees and experience, it wasn't the right piece of paper....

CMS require interdisciplinary work for SNP members. MSW is a reimburse disincline by CMS. For now MSW are not getting lay off. But you never know.

It seems social workers are ok for now related to their degrees and licenses and CMS requirements
