From what I can figure out, the maximum raise is 3% a year. I am a PHC with a bachelor's degree and I make $45,000. How do you think they figure out raises and offer salaries? Does anyone know anything?

There no raises, but performance incentives. Salaries appear to be based on experience and degrees. HR or your coach can better answer those questions
