Neg has been the worst thing that has happened to HPE as she has not understanding of what the company was about. The three previous CEO's were bad, but her actions make them look like great CEO's plus the board is a joke. Sure the CEO and her executive management are getting more and more of the company money while the constant WFR is due not because the employees are not doing their job, but because management is only concerned about themselves and do not have a clue how to make the company work. Seen this before in other companies, they basically are accountants and not a clue how to execute a working business. The smart employees left before the WFR started and HPE lost way too many great employees. Even today, the entire WFR process has nothing to do with business operation, only the money.

Hope these people are proud of themselves, but in the end, what goes around, comes around.

I feel your pain. I was WFRed 13 days before my 60th birthday. Great present for 22 years.

She will rot in hell one day for the way she has treated people. February 24th is my last day - I'm one of the long-term employees that she targeted for work force reduction. So now - a few months before my 60th birthday - I have to try to find a new career. We all know that won't be easy!! Unfortunately - my salary and years of no raises and even some years of pay cuts (for the good of the company) didn't afford me the luxury of retiring early. So look for me at your local Wal-Mart as a greeter - I have a feeling that may be the only company that will hire me at this age. Bless Meg's evil heart!

Welcome to Trumps America. This will only get worse as regulations are rolled back.

WTF? You do understand that Meg's Social Security percentage is closer to 0.01% right? And that sales tax is a regressive tax that impacts the wealthy far, far less than you and me?

Meg is massively overpaid by any measure in that she is destroying the long-term value of the company and the stock. But wall street is all about the pump and dump, so that's what she's doing to us.

California taxes: State 13.3%, Sales Tax 7.25 % SSA 7.375% Fed Tax 39% = Total Taxes nearing 60% Now don't you think she is underpaid hahahahahaaha. California is all hosed up. Shut off that Sanctuary City Money and let em feel the pain. Give em a dose of reality to go with that liberalism.

@LMnTqgC-1ebt: Oh gosh, thanks for that. I haven't had such a goo laugh in ages. "Employee work council" - Oh my, that's hilarious, Sure thing, we'll get right on that, and add representation for the workers on the board. Any day now.

It's almost as funny as the hopes being pinned on Trump to do anything to us for firing tens of thousands of American workers. He's planning on giving us tax breaks and removing regulations. This is the best thing ever for us!

If you read the executive compensation SEC filing you will notice Mike Nefkins also doubled his pay in 2016, The only way I ever see this outrageous compensation decreasing is if we go to employee work council representation and votes in the boardroom. Workers have lost their unions for the most part, but we still need some say in how a company invests.

She is no different to any other CEO & others Chiefs. Obscene levels of renumeration the world over at the top of all corporations. Don't think Trump is going to change this. He is a perfect example of how they all feather their own nest.

They told us that EG did not meet internal targets so there would be no bonuses and small raises for 2016 even for employees rated Accelerating.

From a Bloomberg video some time ago, part of her bonus was tied to the amount of layoffs she could do. Search YouTube.

Greed is a sin, unethical, and immoral. Remember that while you are in the present. At least Billy Ray and I did it for a common cause. GLTA those who are left.
