You do realize that not everyone is being offered a severance package. Some employees are being walked out; especially those that did not accept the transfers to Midland/Denver. Jobs were found for some employees to remain in Houston and some Houston employees were given severance packages.

Feeling blessed to have been laid off last March. It took a long time for the shock and hurt feelings to dissipate. I was a long time, loyal employee who never took advantages lIke I saw from those around me. Bought into the core values BS too. But APC did not care that I put my heart into my work and could not complain about my work product. What a shame. Glad to be GONE!
The people who got laid off last March were the lucky ones. For those unfortunate people who will be let go this year, your severance package will not be as good. The oil job market is still tight. Not many jobs out here. The first wave is always the best.
Thank God I was laid off in March.
One can only hope.
