Contact your local news station and/ or newspapers. Let your voice be heard. The general public has NO idea about these layoffs. In fact , even many Humana employees were unaware! Insist on anonymity if you speak with someone. The Cincinnati Enquirers reporter was the first to run the story. Seek out an attorney to find out your rights and be informed about the information. For those who are laid off, consider class action lawsuits if appropriate. For others, document anything that may be helpful to your well-being. I say we should ALL start calling EAP. Make those appointments for mental stress. Care for your well-being and let professionals educate you on best next steps taken. Let's start taking action, take smart steps, and we will all get through this. Blessings and prayers to us all.
