Threats are made that if we screw up it is automatic fire and no severance.
They are holding members from us making it hard to meet metrics for some.
They offer support and now we have to use lunches and wellness breaks to meet career navigators and things put in place for us. This means still meeting metrics. Hold tight everyone.
If they start firing us we should all go to court. They also want us to use full days of PTO and not take half days.
It effects team average and coaches can't get credit. Flash reports and reviews are showing exceeding all average and team and then one little incident puts you as inconsistent.
The numbers aren't adding up. Anyone else seeing all of this???
