Eng to Sr. Eng 7.5%, , next review adjustment 4.5%
Sr. to Staff 13%, next review adjustment 7.4%
There are 2 parts of salary raise

standard raise which has been defined by HR while moving from one title to other. its generally 7 to 8%

normalization raise .. this is given to do market adjustment. sometimes its done during promotion time , sometimes done in later reviews. It all depends on how well guy licks his director's arse. if director hates you , you will either have no market adjustment or very little. one of many dirty politics in qcom.
When I went to sr I got 15% and 20% to staff to keep my mouth shut for what I saw in the manager office.

Depend on your earlier base pay. When I went from Engineer to Senior, I got 9%. Senior to staff was 12%.
