I do know that some HCCP RN and PHC teams were notified they would be dismantled today. Coaches and COMs have been given notice and teams will be shifted as needed.

Call times for SNP have been changed from 2 weeks/one month to one month/3months. Member will be contacted by the Wellcheck phone bot in between. We are being replaced by a computer.
All of the HCMRN's and coaches were shuffled like a deck of cards this am, last time they did this was about 4 years ago. My team is furious and I'm sure others are too.
I don't understand what's going on here. They need to let people know if they will be laid off ASAP!! All of the sneaky underhanded moves are driving stress levels through the roof. I can't believe a company would behave in this way. Be honest with your employees. Humana received no respect from me.

I know of at least 3 at risk PHC teams being switched to Stay Healthy. They did not give a time line. The team is expanding, taking PHCs from other teams.
I'm not certain how many people were affected, but the PHC team(s) were autodialer and the RN teams were not. I think those mostly affected were in mngmt and the shift is to reallign their teams. More cuts are coming, that is a fact. Coaches and COMs are aware of these changes but refuse to give any details. Maybe because they are not any safer than we are.
Was it auto dialer teams?
Any ideas which teams, areas they were in or why?
